Consulting for Holby City - 25/01/2010

Fans of Holby City may remember a storyline of a little boy with Cystic Fibrosis who was wise beyond his years, earlier this year.

He was seen carrying out his own physiotherapy, not bad going for a boy of his age. And discussing possible treatment options with his consultant!

I was delighted to head to Elstree studios to coach the young actor in how he should perform his physiotherapy, positions he should lie in and top tips for being a poorly patient!

Returning the following day to join them on set to ensure he hadn't forgotten anything was a real eye opener. It was great fun to see all the action and the number of different people who work so hard behind the scenes to make this show. I even had my own headset!!

I look forward to the next opportunity to work with them all.
