Ruth A moves to Northwick Park during the 3rd Wave - 18/01/2021

Once again, the UK is back into full lockdown.

The clinic has been put on hold, with most appointments being on Zoom. Whilst Ruth continues to see private patients 2 days a week and most evenings, she has taken temporary work in the hard-hit Northwick Park Hospital.

The trust suffered greatly with large numbers of patients with Covid 19 being admitted all day everyday in previous waves, and with growing numbers over Christmas, it was clear they would need all hands on deck.

Ruth is covering the High Dependency Unit, treating very sick patients with severe breathing problems.
