Ruth and Ruth 5km Race - 19/06/2011

Ruth Ainley and Ruth Kent joined hundreds of women in Watford's beautiful Cassiobury Park for the 5km Race For Life. This raises money and awareness for cancer and is often run in memory of those who have passed away or in honour of brave survivors.

They finished the race in 30 minutes, a great time. Now they will have to set their sights on greater challenges!
